Board Member - Robyn Fond

Profile: Robyn has an unbridled passion for being a catalyst for inspiring personal leadership in others. She has made a career out of facilitating, consulting and training individuals, start ups and many types of businesses on leadership and EQ skills. Robyn volunteered to be a Team Leader on a Discovery Programme in 2015, and realised how powerful and important the work was, and that each and every teen should have the opportunity to go through their “rite of passage” to adulthood. It is so important to give back, for the right reasons, and I am exactly where I want to be! Giving back to teens, their beautiful futures, and the future of generations to come!

Board Member - Britta Christiansen

Occupation: Business Coach and Trainer at The Ripple Effect NZ

Profile:  Britta became involved in Discovery after her daughter attended the Discovery for Teens programme in 2013 and realized that many of the core principles in the programme matched her own business coaching philosophy. Britta has been a business coach for 15 years and brings a broad range of skills to the Board.
